Maternity Pictures...Sneak Peek.

I only have one picture to share but it's at least a sneak peek into what's to come! :)
Blaire Perry is absolutely amazing! Check out her website/blog! I can't wait to share more with you! I can't believe that I have roughly 4 weeks left. It has gone by so fast and I can't wait to meet sweet Audrey!

33 Weeks

How Far Along: 33 Weeks

Size of Audrey: Baby Center is saying a little over 4lbs... I just had a doctor appointment this morning and my belly is measuring 35 weeks. I'm going to say that Audrey is at least 5 lbs right now. :) Grow baby grow!

Maternity Clothes: Yeah...the same small wardrobe. I remember hating this part when I was pregnant with Tryp. Same clothes over and over and over. Oh well...not too much longer!

Weight Gain: Eeeeew. I wish this wasn't real but I weighed 157lbs today. That makes a whopping 29 lbs gained total. I don't know how in the world I gained 5lbs in 2 weeks but my doctor wasn't too concerned. I can't even eat much because it's uncomfortable so I'm guessing that since Audrey is measuring 2 weeks ahead that she is the one putting on the weight! Not me.

Stretch Marks: Nothing new that I can see, just the old ones from Tryp.

Belly Button: Mostly out but somedays (depending on her position) it's just flat today.

Sleep: What is that? Well I haven't been sleeping too well now for about a week. I toss from one side to the other and it's starting to stink. Dr suggested that I take some benadryl to help knock me out if it's been 2-3 days of not getting good rest. I'm not to that point yet but at least it's okay to do that.

Best Moment of the Week: Getting maternity pictures done on Sunday. We are excited. I'll show you after we get them done!

Movement: Still moving every 3 hours or so. The movements have turned from sharp jabs to slow turning/rolling movements. This indicates to me that she is getting bigger!

Symptoms: Very few Braxton Hicks contractions. A little cramping but nothing alarming.

Food Cravings/ Aversions: I honestly can't think of anything. Ice cream sounds good most of the time. So do snow cones but that could be related to the weather.

Gender: Sweet baby girl Audrey Mayne!

What I miss: There are a few things that I am missing right now but I'm going to try to stay Positive Polly!

What I'm looking forward to: Seeing Audrey! I can't wait to see what she will look like. I was pretty surprised with how Tryp looked when he was born so I'm eager to see her features and to see how Hank is going to respond to being a daddy for the first time! He is such a softie so I'm excited to see his response to his baby girl being born!

Milestones: I am shocked at making it this far and I am so glad to see that Audrey is staying in and growing like she should be. :)

All About Tryp

I love my sweet baby boy who is no longer a baby! He is 3.5 and one goal that I have always had was to try to document more of what's going on in his world.  Now, I look back and wish I would have taken more pictures and written more fun facts down but instead of trying to go back (which is impossible) I am going to try to do better from here on out!

(iPhone picture where the quality is just so-so BUT it's of Tryp wearing his new McQueen shirt)

Tryp has some very cute moments and some not so cute moments...which all kids are like this. He is learning to test the water to see how serious I am and I think I do a pretty good job of sticking to my guns.

(Ready to go swimming!)

Now that summer is in full swing (and I am in the home stretch of my pregnancy) we have been swimming one day a week. I go out there more and sometimes I feel bad because I send Tryp to school BUT honestly I am scared that if something happens that I won't be able to help to my full potential because of being pregnant. So as of right now one day a week is what Tryp gets and he seems to LOVE it. He is funny about water in his face but has tried to be Mr. Daredevil a few times now by going without his round floater. Talk about freak. me. out.

(First T Ball game: June 6th, 2010)

Tryp has started playing T Ball now. It's pretty funny to watch these games that have 2 innings, no score, and a bunch of dirt digging. 3 and 4 year olds just don't have the attention span for 45 minutes of game playing. There is too much waiting involved. :o) Tryp's dad is coaching his team so he does okay except he only likes to bat and doesn't stay on the field when he is supposed to. He comes to me in the stand and gives me sugars and asks for water. As much as I love this I keep telling him that his team needs him and he is supposed to be on first base. He doesn't last long but it's cute to watch him while he plays for 5 minute spurts.

*Things I don't want to forget about 3 1/2*

  •  He loves all things 'man'. Batman. Spiderman. Superman. Ironman.

  •  Sunscreen = "Scum Scream" to Tryp

  •  Bedtime went from 7:30 to 8:00 PM.

  •  Knives = "wives" to Tryp

  •  He can count up to 20 but skips sixteen.

  •  The vacuum is his new obsession and I'm taking full advantage of this. :o)

  •  Favorite Foods = yogurt, corndogs, and almost all fruit (-peaches)

  •  He is the best helper ever! Loves to help do dishes and laundry! Praise God!

  •  His favorite book at the moment is Llama Llama Mad at Mama. (I hope to get a video of him reading it to me, it's precious.)

  •  He tells me and Hank continually how much he "lubs" us and asks for kisses non-stop.

           Melt my heart.

31 Weeks...let the countdown begin!

How far along - 31 weeks

Maternity clothes - Yes, yes and yes. I also enjoy wearing my husbands t-shirts. :o)

Weight gain - I currently weigh 152. That puts me at gaining 24 lbs. I gained 40 with Tryp so I think I'm doing pretty darn good. If they take her at 37 weeks and I continue to gain the normal 1 lb a week than we are looking at only 30 lbs total. Yay!

Stretch marks - None that are new, the ones from Tryp's pregnancy are visible. You know, that silvery color they turn.

Belly button - Definitely out.

Sleep - Some nights are good and some are bad. It's a hit and miss.

Best moment this week - Had a doctor appointment on Tuesday and good news! My cervix hasn't changed at all in 4 weeks. Awesome! We also got to see Audrey's face finally. I will be posting that picture...

Foods I'm loving - Fruit, all kinds. Pineapple, cantaloupe, grapes, etc. In addition to the fruit, I am also craving ice cream. My favorite right now is a hot fudge sundae from Braums with bananas and no nuts. :)

Foods I'm hating - I can't think of anything that I hate. There are moments when things just don't sound good but that happens when you are not pregnant too.

Movement - Very regular. It's starting to hurt now. Some of the kicks are painful but love the feeling still.

Symptoms - Just started having a little hip pain, nothing too serious. A few cramps here and there but nothing to be worried about.

Gender - Our sweet princess Audrey Mayne.

What I'm looking forward to - Meeting her!

What I miss - I'm trying to enjoy being pregnant in case it's my last. Of course there are lots of things I miss but I'm trying not to think too much about them!

Emotions - Haha, I'm very emotional lately. Ask my husband.

As you can see, her arm is in front of her face but the ultrasound tech tried to make it as transparent as possible so we could see details in her face. The curly blur between her leg and her face is the umbilical cord. We think she has her daddy's nose. :o)
